Jeff: Hello everybody, this is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today we're going to take a look at this 25 foot long rubber air hose with a 300 maximum PSI rating. Now this rubber air hose uses two spiral bound, rubber layers with synthetic yarn for superior strength and durability. It is great for a wide range of commercial and industrial applications. It does also feature a Class C oil solvent and abrasion resistant outer coating on it for tough conditions.And if you want to look here at the end, let me just zoom in a little bit. And if you look on each end, it has this flat portion.

This is a heavy duty bend restrictor on each end, gives a lot longer life and wear prevention to the hose. Basically, when you have your connection made on a normal hose if you didn't have this it would bend and cause all the cracking and breaking to occur right here. So they put this restrictor on here that's strong enough to keep it from bending. So when your hose is pulled this way, you can see it won't bend or crack here.Now this is a three-eighths inch diameter hose. On each end it has a quarter inch NPT brass male fitting.

We've mentioned it's a 300 PSI maximum operating pressure. Also it has a 900 PSI burst rating, and what's nice about this hose it does remain flexible from a negative 20 degrees Fahrenheit up to 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
